Mini Pumpkin Pizzas

What kid does not like pizza, and what kid would not enjoy using toppings to decorate their own pizzas with funny jack o’ lantern faces? These mini pizzas make a great Halloween recipe for kids as they are easy, quick, and allow room for creativity.
As is always the key to success when cooking with children, have all the toppings chopped and cheese grated beforehand.

You will need:

Steps for Making Mini Pumpkin Pizzas

  1. Lightly toast the English muffins.
  2. Have child spread on pizza sauce.
  3. Have child sprinkle on grated cheese.
  4. Have child arrange various toppings to make faces on pizzas and pumpkin stems or spider legs.
  5. Arrange pizzas on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet or pizza tray.
  6. Place tray with pizzas under the broiler until cheese has melted.
  7. Allow to cool and enjoy!
